Living Area

The bright living room has a large sectional couch and a few chairs to lounge around in while you watch the big screen TV. The couch has a sleeper sofa tucked away for extra guests. The deck is just off the living room and overlooks the pool area. The breakfast bar separates the kitchen from the living room and is perfect for snacks throughout the day.

2 Bedrooms

Both bedrooms are decorated with lots of color and fun beach themes. The master bedroom has a comfy king-size bed and ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a twin over twin bunk bed. Both bedrooms have a closet and dressers for storage along with flat panel TV’s.

1.5 Bathrooms

The hall bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The ensuite bathroom is a ½ bath.

Kitchen

This kitchen gets lots of natural light and boasts all the creature comforts of home. You will be able to prepare many of your family meals here. This kitchen is fully stocked for your enjoyment. There is a breakfast bar and a table to seat 6.

Swimming Pool

There is a Beautiful Pool at Sunday Villas with relaxing furniture. Also, the deck of the house is a great way to expand your living area. Enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails while enjoying the breeze. Underneath the house is a great hang out area with more chairs and lots of shade. There is also a charcoal BBQ grill for your use.

Parking for 2 small vehicles. Limited overflow parking is available at the pool.
